DPS Series (DPS 10~100)

The Series DPS 10-100 adsorption dryers efficiently dry compressed air to pressure dew points as low as -70°C, preventing condensation and liquid water formation. They are built with welded and coated steel vessels, pressure-rated up to 16 bar, and feature leak-free valve blocks with large flow cross-sections for minimal pressure loss. The individually controlled valves operate with a time delay to prevent overlap. The dryers use a 2-layer desiccant bed (20% water-resistant silica gel and 80% molecular sieve) for effective moisture removal.

Standard features include pressure gauges, pre-filters, after-filters with differential pressure gauges, and a C1 control unit with a plain-text display for easy operation and integration into existing systems. With an optional dew-point sensor, energy savings of 20-70% can be achieved through variable cycle mode. The DPS 10-100 A variant includes an activated carbon oil vapor adsorber for additional purification.
