VERTICAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
The vertical centrifugal pumps made in resin MH are high efficiency pumps for fixed installations with the pump immersed directly in a tank driven by electric motor (max 3000 rpm) in direct drive for rapid emptying of fluid, with flow rates from 6 m3 / hours to 75 m3 / h and heads up 38 mt. The particular form of construction of this pump, in addition to not using internal mechanical seals (subject to high wear), guarantees the collection tank of any leakage of fluid.
The open rotor allows continuous flow pumping very dirty fluids, with apparent viscosity of up to 500 cps (at 20 ° C) with any suspended solids are small.
The choice of material composition of the pump is used to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and / or 'environment without forgetting the correct temperature range.
Main advantages
- Run in PP, PVDF;
- Pump immersed in a bath;
- Engine also removable pump installed;
- No welds;
- Can be used with very dirty fluids;
- High flow rates: from 6 to 75 m3 / h;
- Replace engine without disassembling the pump;
- Easy replacement of wear bushing;
- Unmatched ease of maintenance;
- Fully removable;
- Supplied without engine;
Description pump
The vertical centrifugal pumps Debem resin are made of a sturdy body pump and a column fixed to the clamping plate which is secured above the lantern, which is the fastener of the electric motor. The engine is mounted in direct contact through a flexible coupling on the pump shaft. At the other end of the tree - which is supported by a radial bearing is fixed open impeller. The construction of this pump allows disassembly of the engine without uninstalling the pump implantation.
A = electric motor
How it works
The impeller, shaft and solidarity to the electric motor, mounted in direct contact, is put into rotation at a preset speed setting, due to centrifugal suction pipe and a central discharge pipe periphery.

Installation
IM vertical centrifugal pumps must only be installed with the axis arranged vertically with the pump immersed in the tank. We foresee adequate mechanisms to prevent dry running and / or the formation of eddies and possible aspiration of air. These pumps must operate exclusively PUMP invasive dry run or in the presence of air bubbles can cause damage to the inner sleeve.

Chemical compatibility
The type of fluid, the temperature and environment of use are the factors that influence to determine the appropriate choice of materials for the pump and its correct chemical compatibility. For example table is provided below on some of the substances most commonly used:
