Transfer Pumps

These portable drum pumps, particularly suitable for pumping corrosive fluids, work immersed in fluid.

Their form of construction has been specifically designed to collect any spills in the barrel of fluid.

Available with electric motor or pneumatic motor interchangeable, these pumps have open rotor allows continuous flow pumping of clean corrosive fluids with viscosity up to 600cps apparent engine and tire 500 watts (at 20°C) and up to 900cps powered at 800 watts (at 20°C). Versions powered by electric motor, TR-EL series are also equipped with safety switch to prevent accidental restart the pump after a power cut.

Main advantages

  • Run in PP, PVDF and Aisi 316
  • Economic
  • Portable
  • Suitable for corrosive fluids
  • Viscosity up to 900 cps
  • Available with electric motor and tire
  • Adjust flow (pneumatic version)
  • Lack of required mechanically operated invalid chairs
  • Easily removable Float length = 900 mm or 1200 mm
  • Range up to 90 l / min

Description pump

The Drum pumps are made of a dip tube which is housed at the end of the open impeller fixed on the drag by a ring connected to the pump, while the transmission is via a transmission joint.

  • A = coupling
  • B = motor fixing ring
  • C = bearing
  • D = duct
  • E = dip tube
  • F = PTFE bushing
  • G = impeller
  • H = inlet port
  • I = tree

How it works

The impeller shaft joint, is connected to the electric motor or pneumatic via coupling, which puts it in rotation creating the centrifugal effect.

Installation

The TR drum transfer pumps should only be used with its axis disposed vertically with the pump immersed in a tank and only in the presence of fluid, dry run or in the presence of air bubbles can cause damage to the inner guide sleeve tree.

Volumetric Flow-Meters

The flow meter, flow meters, flow meters or volumetric wheel oval AM series to obtain measurements accurate, high repeatability, even very viscous liquid, up to 1,000,000 cps.

Ease of use, compactness, possibility of independent power supply by batteries make these products suitable for installation on fixed lines and fluid transfer and distribution, both for mobile applications such as valves and accessories guns distribution for any other industrial application control fluid provided.

Operation

Within the body of the gauge are housed two oval gear wheels located at 90 ° between them, driven by the flow by turning in opposition and in any gear two magnets that are inserted, coupled with the external sensor (or reed-type effect hall), transmit a signal pulse.

One of them can be replaced by an analog signal directly integrated into the electronic card. The frequency of pulses determines the instantaneous flow because each cycle corresponds to a volume of passage known.

Peristaltic Pumps

The operation of the peristaltic pump is obtained via a "sliding pressure" acting on a hose, this pressure is exerted by the sliding rollers that rotate parallel to an axis, supported by a roller-door. The slow rotational movement of the holder support rollers is transmitted by two or three steps geared to 35, 86 or 141 rpm. Equipped with an electric motor MEC-56 from 0,09 kW (1 / 8 CV) regime of 1450 rpm. continuous service.

The inside of the pump body and the door-turned-rollers are tolerant of precision, individually calibrated during assembly and subsequent testing to distribute uniform pressure on the tube-membrane, thus ensuring a perfect self-priming and a longer life the tube-membrane.

Absence of valves and closures.
NORTON tubes are extruded with high precision in order to prevent occlusion and a reduced volumetric rendering. Easy cleaning and maintenance.
Very robust, pump body in cast aluminum, painted with epoxy resin.
Portarulli anodized aluminum, axles and oversized bearings.
Max. Intake approximately 8 m. tube up to Ø 12.7 mm. and about 6 m. tube Ø 15,9 mm.
Max. allowed for the tube: 1.4 Kg/cm2.
Max. 60ºC.
These pumps are capable of pumping viscous liquids and particles in suspension, without suffering any damage.
Retain the liquid in its passage, prevent backflow of the liquid and the effect "siphon".
Ability to work on dry and reverse the direction of rotation.
The regime of 35 rpm. is suitable for high viscosity liquids (polyelectrolytes) or which do not undergo any changes you want (high quality wines).
