PULSATION DAMPENERS
Automatic pulsation dampeners membrane EQUAFLUX are known for their high performance and robustness. They are used on the discharge of the pump diaphragm to minimize the pulsations of the flow, are used with apparent viscosity fluids up to 50.000 cps (at 20 ° C) even in the presence of suspended solids of significant size.
EQUAFLUX dampers automatically adjust to the conditions without the need for manual adjustment or calibration.
The high capacity to minimize pulsations, vibration and air hammer makes this piece of equipment suitable for protection by giving regularly to the outflow. The vast choice of construction materials allows to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and / or the environment without forgetting the right temperature range. The dampeners are also available for use in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification).

Description damper
The diaphragm dampeners are made of a pneumatic actuator connected to the membrane of new generation (Profile Long Life). The rugged exterior body is, on the one side of the membrane, the chamber pneumatic actuator to dampen the pressure peak, and the other the chamber with fluid.
A = expansion chamberHow it works
The compressed air fed from the heat exchanger tire behind one of the two membranes results in the compression and pushing the product in the duct at the same time, the membrane opposite the tree and supportive of the heat exchanger creates a vacuum sucking the fluid. Once completed the race tire deflects the heat exchanger the compressed air behind the membrane side and the cycle is reversed.

Installation
Membrane dampers must be installed on duct of air pumps or where pulses are generated in the fluid.
