TRANSFER PUMP

These portable drum pumps, particularly suitable for pumping corrosive fluids, work immersed in fluid.
Their form of construction has been specifically designed to collect any spills in the barrel of fluid.
Available with electric motor or pneumatic motor interchangeable, these pumps have open rotor allows continuous flow pumping of clean corrosive fluids with viscosity up to 600cps apparent engine and tire 500 watts (at 20 ° C) and up to 900cps powered at 800 watts (at 20 ° C). Versions powered by electric motor, TR-EL series are also equipped with safety switch to prevent accidental restart the pump after a power cut.

How it works

The impeller shaft joint, is connected to the electric motor or pneumatic via coupling, which puts it in rotation creating the centrifugal effect.

Installation

The TR drum transfer pumps should only be used with its axis disposed vertically with the pump immersed in a tank and only in the presence of fluid, dry run or in the presence of air bubbles can cause damage to the inner guide sleeve tree.
