PERISTALTIC PUMPS
The operation of the peristaltic pump is obtained via a "sliding pressure" acting on a hose, this pressure is exerted by the sliding rollers that rotate parallel to an axis, supported by a roller-door. The slow rotational movement of the holder support rollers is transmitted by two or three steps geared to 35, 86 or 141 rpm. The inside of the pump body and the door-turned-rollers are tolerant of precision, individually calibrated during assembly and subsequent testing to distribute uniform pressure on the tube-membrane, thus ensuring a perfect self-priming and a longer life the tube-membrane.
