BOXER diaphragm pumps Debem consist of a pneumatic motor coaxial housed centrally.
His tree are fixed for the membranes of new generation (Profile Long Life). At both ends of the two bodies are accommodated pump ball valves and their seats to retain inlet and discharge product.

Operation
The range of diaphragm pumps DEBEM exchanger is provided with a tire that ensures perfect operation even with tire pressure supply (min 2 bar).
The remaining rooms and air passages have been carefully designed to optimize consumption.
The speed and size are easily adjustable through the choking air, while the prevalence can be adjusted by varying the supply pressure.
Membranes Debem
The membranes are the item most in demand during the suction and pumping, a process during which they must also resist chemical aggression and temperature of the fluid.
Their correct evaluation and choice is therefore a key role in the life of the membranes and for investment and maintenance costs.

RUBBER MEMBRANE
They are made of rubber compounds with appropriate additives that improve the chemical characteristics as well as mechanical and bending resistance. These membranes are provided with canvas reinforced nylon for better distribution of stress:
NBR: of cost and particularly suitable for petroleum based fluids and oil;
EPDM: good resistance to acids, alkali, abrasion, together with a good flexibility even at low temperatures.
THERMOPLASTIC MEMBRANES
They are made of thermoplastic polymers that have high resistance and distribution of mechanical stress.
POLYURETHANE: excellent resistance to abrasion and is suitable for general purpose use;
HYTREL : Good resistance to abrasion and suitable for processing of foods.
SANTOPRENE ®: excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkali, high bending strength and good resistance to abrasion;

How it works
The compressed air fed from the heat exchanger tire behind one of the two membranes results in the compression and pushing the product in the duct at the same time, the membrane opposite the tree and supportive of the heat exchanger creates a vacuum sucking the fluid. Once completed the race tire deflects the heat exchanger the compressed air behind the membrane side and the cycle is reversed.

Installation
Diaphragm pumps must be installed horizontally with special bolts on the legs or holes provided with the axis of the heat exchanger arranged horizontally.
